Frequently Asked Questions
Below you will find some of our most frequently asked questions regarding our company, how we perform our services, and how you should maintain installations after they are complete. If you have any questions that are not answered here, feel free to reach out!
How does billing work?
Billing methods depend on what service you are purchasing. For the majority of our services, invoices can be paid via cash, check, Venmo, Zelle, and card. For reoccurring services such as mowing, your card will be kept on file and charged each time the service is complete.
What height will my lawn be cut at?
We cut all of our lawns at 3.5 – 4.0 inches, depending on the current season and climate, which will dictate how the grass is growing.
Will my snow be cleared before 7am?
While we cant guarantee that your lot or driveway will be cleared by 7am, we can guarantee that it will be cleared within 1 to 6 hours of the 2 inch snow accumulation.
Do you offer a plant and grass warranty?
We do not offer any warranties on plant or grass installations, as it is the property owners responsibility to water/maintain their installation after it is complete, and there is no way for us to determine if an installation has been properly cared for after we leave the jobsite.
Does your aeration machine have plugs?
Yes, our aeration machine pulls small plugs out of your soil to decrease thatching and soil compaction, as well as increase air and water flow to grass roots, leading to a healthier and greener lawn.
Do you offer chemical free weeding?
On almost all of our jobs that require weeding we treat effected areas with vinegar, a less invasive but still affective alternative to traditional weed killers. Certain jobs, such as ivy removal, may require the use of a stronger weed killer such as Roundup. When this is necessary, the property owner will be notified before its use.
